Sports Performance Training

Each athlete will begin their journey at IFP with a 1 hour evaluation session in order to identify areas for growth and counterproductive movements.

Following the evaluation and consultation, bodyweight and light resistance will be used to develop a solid foundation in order to enhance sport performance. Throughout each 1 hour training session, we will work to correct form, posture, and maintain stability.

As the athlete progresses, we add external force, such as exercise or medicine balls, in addition to introducing more challenging exercises.

Once the athletes have a strong functional base we incorporate speed and agility training. We customize each workout to the individual during one on one training sessions.

Group training sessions are available for any athlete in any sport. Semi private training sessions can be requested by athletes or coaches for athletes in the same sport. The number of athletes in a group determines the pricing for the semi-private lessons, with a maximum of 6 athletes. Package pricing is available for each training option.
