Fitness Instructions

IFP will help you get fit, boost your mood, and improve your health. The group workouts are designed for all ability levels, personalities, body types, and genders. Personal training workouts will be individualized based on the person’s goals. IFP will teach you how to take time for yourself on a regular basis, educate about nutrition, and encourage you every step of the way. The goal is to finish each workout feeling accomplished and better about yourself.

Group exercise classes and personal training sessions are available. Semi-private group exercise classes are available upon request, with a maximum of 6 individuals per group. Package pricing is available for each fitness option.
